UNIQUE SUPPORT WORKER OPPORTUNITY IN WINCHESTER
Is your life all work and no balance? You can have more control working as part of a team who organise their own rota, with protected meal breaks, and regular downtime during your shift. You’ll be joining a team supporting a Lady with a spinal cord injury who never allows the fact that she is now a full-time wheelchair user to limit her ambition to live life to the full. From supporting her with her daily routines to enabling her to travel, undertake activities and trips out no two days will be the same. Our client knows what she wants, she just needs the right person to support her meet her goals. If you are a caring, reliable and flexible person who relishes variety and likes animals, you may be that person.
There is no need for relevant qualifications or experience – full training will be given, including shift shadowing and support from team mates.
What you’ll need:
- Previous background in complex care and experience in the following would be extremely advantageous for your application:
- Knowledge of C-Pap ventilation
- Catheter Care
- Stoma Care
- Administration of Medication
- Moving & Handling Equipment
