You’ll be joining a team supporting a Gentleman with a spinal cord injury who never allows the fact that he is a full‑time wheelchair user to limit his ambition to live life to the full. From supporting him with his rehabilitation through daily physio and exercise programmes to supporting daily activities and trips out. You are a caring, reliable and flexible person who relishes variety. No need for relevant qualifications or experience – full training will be given, including shift shadowing and support from teammates.
We’re looking for compassionate, proactive individuals to join our dedicated support team, working with a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury. This rewarding role involves assisting with his ongoing rehabilitation, including daily physiotherapy and structured exercise programmes, as well as supporting him with day‑to‑day activities and social outings. You’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, while becoming part of a friendly and committed care team.
