Shifts: 7 pm - 7 am | 2 shifts per week | Monday to Sunday

What you will do:

Working in our client’s family home, you will make a genuine difference by delivering high-quality care and support in a varied and rewarding role. You will support him to access the community and live a fulfilling life, enjoying activities such as bowling, visiting coffee shops, going for walks, listening to music, and watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

We are seeking a care professional who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift. You will value building meaningful relationships and delivering attentive, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsive, observant, proactive, reassuring, and calm in their approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ventilator management
  • Administering medication via nasogastric tube
  • Personal care
  • Manual handling
  • Seizure management

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support to develop and strengthen your skills in complex care.

What we’re looking for:

Previous Complex Care experience is not required but it will be beneficial to have experience in ventilation for this role. You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various areas. You will be someone who values building strong relationships. We are seeking a care professional that is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.
