We are looking for a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury, living in his own home. The role involves assisting with a range of therapies at home, in local facilities, and at specialist centres in the South West.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the client in attending medical and personal appointments.
- Encourage outdoor activities.
- Work closely with the client’s locally based family.
