Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, and supporting with medication and access to the local community.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person‑centred environment.

Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour.

Shifts: Various shifts ranging from 12 to 24 hours.

Location: St. Austell and Newquay.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is extremely advantageous, especially with the following clinical tasks or complex needs:

  • Medication Administration
  • Moving & Handling Equipment
  • Challenging Behaviour
  • Caring For Clients That Are Non‑Verbal
  • Autism & Epilepsy Experience

Essential: you have a full valid UK manual driving licence.
