Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Extraordinary Care Awards Regional Team of the Year as a Complex Care Assistant supporting a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, and supporting medication administration and access to the local community.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person‑centred environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is extremely advantageous, especially with the following clinical tasks or complex needs:
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment
- Challenging Behaviour
- Caring for Clients That Are Non‑Verbal
- Autism & Epilepsy Experience
The only main requirement that is essential is that you have a full valid UK manual driving licence.
