Total Community Care , part of CCH, lives by our values of Community, Courage, and Heart and we’re looking for like-minded people to join our growing Complex Care team in Taunton .
What you’ll do
You’ll be joining a team supporting a gentleman with a spinal cord injury. From supporting him with his rehabilitation through daily physio and exercise programmes to supporting daily activities and trips out.

What you’ll need:
We’re looking for compassionate, proactive individuals to join our dedicated support team, working with a gentleman living with a spinal cord injury. This rewarding role involves assisting with his ongoing rehabilitation, including daily physiotherapy and structured exercise programmes, as well as supporting him with day-to‑day activities and social outings.
You’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life, while becoming part of a friendly and committed care team.
