Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Assist with organising cleaning supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within a team environment
