About the Job:
Are you an experienced cook/chef with experience in the Care Home sector? Would you like excellent rates of pay up to £18.40 per hour paid weekly including holiday pay and pension contributions?
Do you want a role that makes a difference in people’s lives whilst offering job satisfaction, flexibility, and career development?
We are looking to hire full and part-time Chefs/Cooks to service existing care home clients throughout South Wales.
About You:
- We’re looking for someone with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking.
If you have:
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements.
- Food Hygiene level 2.
- Knowledge of Environmental Health requirements/ HACCP.
- Knowledge of IDDSI.
- Willingness to keep learning.
