Are you an experienced cook/chef with experience in the Care Home sector? Would you like excellent rates of pay up to £18.40 per hour paid weekly including holiday pay and pension contributions? We are looking to hire full and part-time Chefs/Cooks to service existing care home clients throughout South Wales.
About You:
We're looking for someone with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking.
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements
- Food Hygiene level 2
- Knowledge of Environmental Health requirements/ HACCP
- Knowledge of IDDSI
- Willingness to keep learning
Benefits Include:
