About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals who may have a range of support needs. What We're Looking For You must have previous experience working as a Support Worker or within a care setting. We are looking for candidates who are: * Compassionate, patient and understanding. * Reliable and committed to providing high-quality support. * Confident working both independently and as part of a team. * Respectful of individual choices, dignity and confidentiality. * Able to communicate effectively with service users, families and colleagues. * Flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts, depending on the service.
