Job Title: Storekeeper / Courier (Band 3) – NIAS
Location: Unit 3 – 4 M1 Business Park, Blackstaff Road, Belfast
Directorate: Finance
Reports To: Stores & Procurement Manager
Salary: Band 3 (as per Trust pay scales)
Contract Type: Temporary / Agency
Responsibilities

Prepare and manage stock orders and receipts within the Stores Department

Liaise with suppliers and the payments team to resolve delivery issues

Provide occasional courier service using the Stores van (driving licence required; C1 category not necessary)

Assist with stock checks, spot checks, and annual stocktaking

Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and receipts

Participate in emergency call-out operations as required

Follow Trust policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and Infection Control
Qualifications

Driving licence required (C1 not necessary)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to follow policies and work efficiently within a team

Willingness to participate in a 7-day / 24-hour on-call rota
