A well-established and award-winning construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their commercial facade division, delivering large-scale uPVC facade and building envelope packages across high-profile projects in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This role currently operates on a 4/5-day working week in Scotland until project completion, with all travel, accommodation and subsistence fully arranged.

The Role:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across facade and general construction projects
  • Manage installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor programmes and highlight delays, risks or variations
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks
  • Act as key point of contact for clients and main contractors
  • Coordinate material procurement and plant
  • Maintain site records, H&S documentation and progress reporting

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Site Supervisor / Foreman / Assistant Site Manager role
  • Background in general construction, fit-out, cladding or facade works
  • willingness to travel and work away when required
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Valid CSR / CSCS Card

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with uPVC, composite or facade systems
  • Use of tablets/laptops for site audits and inspections
  • Knowledge of construction materials supply chain coordination
