Total Care Recruitment are seeking a Project Engineer (Building) to play a key role in delivering strategically important infrastructure projects within a live airport environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to gain exposure to major capital projects while working as part of a global infrastructure group.
The Role: You will support the planning, supervision and delivery of a wide range of building and infrastructure works including:
- Building extensions and reconfigurations
- Repairs and upgrades across airside and landside environments
- Contractor coordination and stakeholder management
- Programme, quality, safety and budget performance
- Project delivery from design through to handover
You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants, contractors and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently within a highly regulated environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Building or Construction
- Minimum 3 years experience within the construction/building sector
- Experience coordinating contractors and project delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
- Full driving licence and access to transport
