Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of one of Northern Ireland's fastest-growing healthcare providers for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a residential care home. You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee compliance, staffing, financial performance and continuous service improvement while creating a positive environment for residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, staffing and operational performance.
  • Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
  • Support recruitment, training and staff development.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect and person-centred care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC PIN (essential).
  • A minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience (essential).
