Join a growing utilities team delivering power and infrastructure projects across NI. You will support commercial delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring effective cost control, reporting, and contract management.

Key Duties

  • Manage costs (labour, materials, plant, subcontractors)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Price variations and manage change (EWN/CE)
  • Liaise with project teams and clients
  • Assist with tenders, BOQs, and budgets

About You:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Experience in utilities, power, or civils projects
  • Strong commercial and cost management skills
  • NEC contract knowledge

Desirable:

  • Experience in power infrastructure (overhead lines, cabling)
