Exciting opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in delivering multiple mid- to large-scale projects. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will lead delivery across Healthcare and Education schemes in Tyrone and Fermanagh, with project values up to Β£375m.
The Role:
- Manage projects from award to completion and handover.
- Ensure delivery on time, on budget, safely, and to specification.
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Issue subcontractor/supplier orders and review monthly applications.
- Oversee contract administration, documentation, and site records.
- Liaise with clients and lead progress meetings.
- Prepare programmes and progress reports.
The Person:
- Proven PM experience in civils or large-scale construction.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of H&S and programme delivery.
- Full driving licence.
