A well-established and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong track record of delivering projects across utilities, infrastructure, and energy sectors, the business continues to expand due to a healthy pipeline of secured work. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CVRs, cost reporting and project performance
  • Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts
  • Identify, price and manage variations
  • Procure and manage subcontractors and supplier accounts
  • Ensure contractual compliance, including notices and payments
  • Support project delivery alongside site and project teams
  • Contribute to client meetings, reporting, and commercial submissions (EOT/L&E)

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively within a team
