What you will do as a Peripatetic Nurse:
As a Peripatetic Registered General Nurse, you will work flexibly across different care homes, ensuring continuity of care and supporting our teams in delivering person-centred care. You will administer medication safely and accurately, create and maintain individualised care plans, conduct risk assessments and monitor residents' health. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and colleagues to enhance well-being while supporting and mentoring care staff to uphold best practices and foster a compassionate workplace culture.
What you need:
- 2 years experience in a nursing role
- Registered RGN, RMN or RLDN qualification
- Active NMC pin
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
