An established Northern Ireland-based contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of building projects across the province. This role offers exposure to a mix of commercial, residential and education schemes, all based locally, with the added benefit of hybrid working and long-term career development.

The Position

  • Managing subcontractor procurement and agreeing commercial terms
  • Overseeing work packages from appointment through to completion
  • Preparing valuations, cost reports and variation accounts
  • Working alongside site and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

  • Degree (or similar) in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
  • Minimum of three years experience in a comparable role, ideally within building projects
  • Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT / NEC)
