An award-winning building contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of residential, commercial and education projects across Northern Ireland. The Role: You will manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple live construction projects
- Lead and support Site Managers and project teams
- Oversee programmes, budgets and project performance
- Manage subcontractors and client relationships
- Ensure quality, health & safety and contractual compliance
- Work closely with commercial and design teams to deliver successful projects
About You:
- 10+ years' construction experience
- Degree or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong residential project experience
- Experience delivering commercial and education projects is desirable
- Knowledge of JCT, NEC, PCSA and Public Works Contracts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
