Total Care Recruitment are seeking a Project Engineer (Building) to play a key role in delivering strategically important infrastructure projects within a live airport environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to gain exposure to major capital projects while working as part of a global infrastructure group.

The Role: You will support the planning, supervision and delivery of a wide range of building and infrastructure works including:

  • Building extensions and reconfigurations
  • Repairs and upgrades across airside and landside environments
  • Contractor coordination and stakeholder management
  • Programme, quality, safety and budget performance
  • Project delivery from design through to handover

You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants, contractors and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently within a highly regulated environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Building or Construction
  • Minimum 3 years experience within the construction/building sector
  • Experience coordinating contractors and project delivery teams
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
  • Full driving licence and access to transport
