We're recruiting on behalf of one of Northern Ireland's fastest-growing healthcare providers for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a residential care home.
You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee compliance, staffing, financial performance and continuous service improvement while creating a positive environment for residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC PIN (essential).

- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing budgets, compliance and operational performance.
