We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor delivering projects across residential, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors throughout Ireland and the UK. This is an opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality developments while leading teams and building strong client relationships.
The Role:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Oversee quality, programme performance and subcontractor management
- Coordinate site teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support commercial performance and project delivery targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Construction-related qualification with strong industry experience
- Proven Contracts Management experience within residential construction
- Experience across commercial or education projects desirable
- Knowledge of JCT, NEC and PWC contracts advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Full driving licence required
