We are recruiting qualified Care Workers to join a growing care provider across Dungiven and Dromore, supporting children and young people in small, therapeutic residential homes (23 residents per home).
The Role
You will support young people within a structured, low occupancy setting, allowing for a more focused, relationship-led approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Build positive, consistent relationships with young people
- Support emotional, social, and behavioural development
- Follow safeguarding and care plans
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or in a care setting (preferred)
- Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
