We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment works on a live government building in Belfast. This is a short-term contract initially, with strong potential to extend or convert to a permanent role for the right individual.
The Role:
- Day-to-day management of site activities on a live, occupied government building
- Overseeing refurbishment works including car park works, windows, doors, and associated trades
- Managing subcontractors, site programme, quality, and health & safety
- Liaising with client representatives and consultants
- Ensuring compliance with all site security protocols and H&S regulations
- Maintaining site documentation, RAMS, permits, and progress reports
Essential Requirements:
- Current SC Security Clearance (essential)
- Valid CSR / CSCS card
- Excellent working knowledge of H&S
- Strong communication and organisational skills
