A Tier 1 main contractor is expanding its commercial delivery team on a major UK port & logistics infrastructure framework and is seeking Project Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support delivery of high-value civils works. This is a long-term, secured infrastructure scheme offering excellent take-home pay, structured London travel and clear progression across multiple commercial levels.
Roles Available
- Project Quantity Surveyor supporting delivery of civils / infrastructure packages
- Senior Quantity Surveyor leading commercial delivery on major work packages and mentoring junior staff
Whats on Offer
- Project QS: Salary up to £50,000
- Senior QS: Salary up to £70,000

Responsibilities (Level-Dependent)
- Subcontract procurement and commercial management
- Interim valuations, variations and final accounts
- NEC & JCT contract administration
- CVRs, cost forecasting and reporting
- Commercial risk identification and control
- Senior QS role includes mentoring Project / Assistant QS staff
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Main contractor background in civils/infrastructure/heavy groundworks
- Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge
- Post-contract commercial experience
- Comfortable travelling to site as required
