A well-established and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong track record of delivering projects across utilities, infrastructure, and energy sectors, the business continues to expand due to a healthy pipeline of secured work. Key Responsibilities
- Manage CVRs, cost reporting and project performance
- Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts
- Identify, price and manage variations
- Procure and manage subcontractors and supplier accounts
- Ensure contractual compliance, including notices and payments
- Support project delivery alongside site and project teams
- Contribute to client meetings, reporting, and commercial submissions (EOT/L&E)
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively within a team
