We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide professional, confidential support to the Chief Executive and PCC Council. This is a fast-paced, senior support role requiring excellent organisation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Executive, Chair and Council
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails and phone queries
- Prepare briefings, reports and presentations
- Provide full secretariat support for Board and Committee meetings, including arranging, minuting and following up on action points
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with GDPR and information governance
- Support governance processes and ensure compliance with relevant procedures
- Support and coordinate communication between senior management, council members and external partners
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements
- You must meet one of the following: A University degree (or equivalent) plus 1 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Director / CEO / Board OR 4 years experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a Director / CEO / Board
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and external organisations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing meeting minutes and professional reports
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
