A leading civil engineering and utilities contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their senior team. With a strong pipeline of work across commercial installations and EV infrastructure, this is a key role offering long-term progression and the opportunity to shape a growing division.
The Role
- Lead and manage electrical projects across Northern Ireland
- Take full responsibility for programme, budget and delivery
- Price works and manage contracts to ensure profitability
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance
- Liaise with clients, engineers and key stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of electricians and operatives
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 5+ years experience in electrical contracts or project management
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Proven team leadership ability
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
