A leading civil engineering and utilities contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their senior team. With a strong pipeline of work across commercial installations and EV infrastructure, this is a key role offering long-term progression and the opportunity to shape a growing division.

The Role

  • Lead and manage electrical projects across Northern Ireland
  • Take full responsibility for programme, budget and delivery
  • Price works and manage contracts to ensure profitability
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance
  • Liaise with clients, engineers and key stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a team of electricians and operatives
  • Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health & safety regulations

Requirements

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience in electrical contracts or project management
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
  • Proven team leadership ability
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel
