We’re looking for a Band 5 Day Care Worker to join our team at an Adult Centre in Magherafelt.

Contract: Full-time, 4 months (with potential extension)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (some flexibility may be possible)

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with disabilities in developing life skills, independence, and social connections through meaningful daily activities.

Main Duties

• Support adults with disabilities in daily activities and personal care
• Encourage independence and social interaction
• Work alongside families and professionals to deliver individual care plans
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reviews
• Supervise and support junior staff and volunteers

What You’ll Need

• Relevant qualification in care, nursing, or social work
• NISCC registration (or eligible to register)
• Full driving licence and access to transport
