The Role
Join a dedicated day-care team supporting vulnerable adults to enjoy meaningful activities, reach personal goals and receive high-quality personal care. Youll plan and deliver person-centred programmes, assist with daily living needs, keep accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Duties

Design and review individual support & care plans

Facilitate leisure, education and community activities

Provide personal care (toileting, feeding, bathing)

Administer medication (training provided)

Record daily notes and incident reports

Work closely with colleagues and attend team meetings
Essential Criteria

5?GCSEs (AC) or equivalent

NISCC registered (or willing to register)
