About the Role: We are currently recruiting Full-Time Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team in a nursing home based in Ballynahinch for Days and Nights. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives by providing high-quality care and support throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and ensure comfort and safety throughout the day.
- Monitor and record residents' wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional and compassionate team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
