Total Care Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client. Our client is a leading community-based organisation providing life-saving support to those affected by suicide and mental unwellness. Their open-door policy ensures anyone in crisis can access free, immediate counselling no appointment needed. They are now seeking a part-time Assistant Care Team Manager to oversee weekend counselling operations, support staff and volunteers, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and strategic service development.

Key Details:

  • Hours: Sat & Sun, 10am-6pm (15 hrs/week)
  • Salary: £32,500 pro rata
  • Location: Belfast (with occasional travel)

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous management experience
  • Level 4+ counselling qualification
  • Minimum 200 hours post-qualification clinical experience
  • Registered with BACP, BABCP, IACO or NCPS
  • Experience managing staff and working in multi-agency settings
  • Full driving licence & access to transport
