We are recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major UK port & logistics infrastructure project for a Tier 1 main contractor. This is a long-term, secured civils framework with structured London travel and excellent take-home pay.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for high-value civils and infrastructure packages, working closely with site and senior management teams.
- Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors
- Interim valuations, variations and final accounts
- NEC & JCT contract administration
- Monthly CVRs, cost forecasting and reporting
- Identification and management of commercial risk
- Mentoring and managing Project and Assistant QS staff
- Acting as the commercial interface between site and leadership teams
