We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. You'll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Support education, hobbies, and personal development
- Encourage independence and teach life skills
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Work alongside colleagues and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Act as a positive role model
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Passion for supporting children and young people
- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills
- Experience working with children and/or a Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment checks.
