Matters: At Total Care Matters, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes in the East Midlands.

The

Role: We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.

You'll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.

Key

Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with young people.

Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support.

Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

Support education, hobbies, and personal development.

Encourage independence and teach life skills.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Work alongside colleagues and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Act as a positive role model.

Experience working with children and/or a Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
