Total Care Matters is an established residential children's home provider with nine regional homes, looking after children and young people between the age of eight and seventeen. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. As a team, we are committed to improving the lives of young people that come into our care so they go on and achieve positive outcomes in the future.

We are looking for dynamic youth mentors who have a desire to engage, guide and bring a positive influence in the lives of young people in our care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills and achieve their goals. Please note this role requires a minimum of eight sleep-in shifts per month.
