The Role:
We're looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers.
You'll play a vital role in supporting young people to overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with young people.
- Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and emotional support.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
- Support education, hobbies, and personal development.
- Encourage independence and teach life skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.Work alongside colleagues and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
