About The Role
- Support children and young people (ages 8-17) in a residential care setting.
- Work as part of a small, caring team providing daily guidance and support.
- Assist with daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Support young people with life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Work a shift-based schedule, including overnight sleep-ins (additional pay provided).
Candidate Requirements
- Must be 22 years or older (legal requirement)
- Passion for working with children and young people, with or without prior experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK manual driving licence required.
- Willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Eligible to work in the UK.
