Total Care Matters is an established residential children’s home provider with nine regional homes, looking after children and young people between the ages of eight and seventeen. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the education of our young people.

  • Undertake relevant training.
  • Accurately record incidents and report writing.

To Be Considered for Work with Us
  • You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Ideally you have experience supporting children. If not, you must have a passion for working with children.
  • Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People would be desirable but not essential – we are happy to support you through your L3, L4 or L5 qualification.
  • All successful applicants are required to undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or provide evidence that they are on the update service.
