We are seeking a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to join our team, supporting children and young people aged 8–17 in a safe, nurturing children’s home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience or transferable skills from youth work, education, social care, or residential childcare.
You Will
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional and practical support to young people.
- Help manage daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and activities.
- Support with life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work a rotational shift pattern including sleep‑ins (additional allowance provided).
Candidate Requirements

Desirable Experience in residential childcare, youth support, education, or social care is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Salary & Allowances £33,686–£36,686 per year (includes up to £6,000 sleep‑in allowance and £1,000 complex care allowance).
