About the Role
We are seeking a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to join our team, supporting children and young people aged 8–17 in a safe, nurturing children’s home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience or transferable skills from youth work, education, social care, or residential childcare.
You Will:
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional and practical support to young people.
- Help manage daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and activities.
- Support with life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work a rotational shift pattern including sleep‑ins (additional allowance provided).
Candidate Requirements
