About Total Care Matters
At Total Care Matters, we provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people aged 8–18 across our nine homes in the East Midlands. We support young people who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. Our teams create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their potential. We are working towards DDP (Dyadic Developmental Practice) accreditation, further embedding trauma‑informed and therapeutic approaches across our homes.
The Role
We’re looking for caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. You will help young people overcome challenges, develop life skills, achieve their goals, and build positive memories. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help create a stable and supportive home environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Experience working with children and/or a Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
