Base Pay Range: £32,350–£34,350 per year (includes up to £6,000 sleep‑in allowance and £1,000 complex care allowance).

About The Role:
We are seeking a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to support children and young people aged 8–17 in a safe, nurturing children’s home environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience or transferable skills from youth work, education, social care or residential childcare.
You Will:
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional and practical support to young people.
- Help manage daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and activities.
- Support with life‑skills such as cooking, cleaning and personal care.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work a rotational shift pattern including sleep‑ins (additional allowance provided).
Candidate Requirements:
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good communication skills and strong team player.
- Reliable, empathetic and committed to safeguarding.
Desirable: Experience in residential childcare, youth support, education or social care is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
