You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to service users with mental health needs. You will be using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. The environment can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. It is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.
