How to prepare for a job interview at Total Assist

✨Know Your Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your clinical experience, especially with paediatric rheumatology. Be ready to discuss specific cases where you've worked with both inflammatory and non-inflammatory patients, as well as those with chronic fatigue. This will show that you’re not just familiar with the theory but have practical knowledge too.

✨Showcase Your Autonomy

Since the role requires you to carry out assessments autonomously, prepare examples of when you've successfully done this in the past. Highlight your decision-making process and how you approached patient care independently. This will demonstrate your capability and confidence in handling responsibilities.

✨Embrace Neurodiversity

Given the importance of working with patients with neurodiversity, be prepared to discuss your experience in this area. Share specific strategies or approaches you've used to support these patients effectively. This will show that you understand their unique needs and can adapt your methods accordingly.

✨Ask Thoughtful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street, so think of some insightful questions to ask about the team dynamics, the types of cases you'll encounter, or the support available for professional development. This not only shows your interest in the role but also helps you gauge if the position is the right fit for you.
