Are you an experienced Mental Health Support Worker wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? We are looking for Mental Health Support Workers for an immediate start in the Thatcham area. There are multiple positions for the right candidates with day or night shifts available.
You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to service users with mental health needs and learning disabilities. You will be using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Ward rounds
- Analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues
- Updating patient records
- Providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene
