We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary inpatient service within a private mental health organisation based in Outer London. The service operates across two sites, providing care for adults at one site and children and young people at the other. The post holder may work with one or both services, depending on experience and service need.

You will provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group psychological therapies.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulations.
  • Contribute to care planning and MDT reviews.
  • Support service development, audit, and outcome evaluation.
  • Provide consultation, supervision, and training to staff as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with complex mental health presentations (adult and/or CYP).
  • Strong multidisciplinary team working and communication skills.
  • Commitment to recovery-focused and trauma-informed care.
