We require applicants to hold a relevant university degree or relevant professional qualification AND 1 year’s previous experience in a Recruitment Environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation, OR 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment Environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation. Applicants are required to have experience of overseeing/leading a team to deliver results within a target driven environment. You will also be required to have experience in the development/design of delivery of training. You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload to set timelines as well as work on your own initiative and with others in a team.
