Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Therapeutic Radiographer Team Manager will be expected to critically evaluate and apply a range of theoretical perspectives relevant to their own area of practice to underpin their professional decision making. The Therapeutic Radiographer Team Manager will be expected to develop the work and staff within their area and to seek to continually improve the service, whilst providing for the capacity and demand issues of the department.
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

- Expert practice (0.25)
- Professional leadership and consultancy (0.25)
- Education, training and development (0.25)
- Practice and service development, research and evaluation (0.25)
